At Anocin Laboratories, we strive for sartorial excellence; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and garments are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our laboratory team inspects the returned garments for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
